General Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Mohd Azumi Bin Mohamed (rtd) joined the private sector on 10 Dec 2004 following his retirement as Chief of the Malaysian Army after an illustrious military career of 37 years. A parachutist, General Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Mohd Azumi received his early military training at the Officer Cadet School Port sea Australia 1968. General Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Mohd Azumi is a graduate of the National Defense University Washington DC US holding a Master's in National Resources and Strategy. Currently General Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Mohd Azumi chairs and sits on several public and non public listed companies amongst which; Independent Non Executive Director Atlan Holdings Bhd, Non Executive Director Halim Mazmin Berhad, Chairman Apex Energy Sdn Bhd, Chairman Sri Jentayu Sdn Bhd, Chairman PnP Sdn Bhd and Chairman Desatera Sdn Bhd. General Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Mohd Azumi is also appointed by the Malaysian Government to the National Unity Advisory Panel. He is also a recipient of the French Award Officer Ordre National du Merite and the United Nations Medal for Peacekeeping (Kuwait/Iraq).

As Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CBSA Group, Mr. Sun Chee Kong is currently responsible for the overall management and strategic planning functions of the Group.
Mr. Sun began his career with IBM Malaysia in 1987 and has acquired a wealth of experience, knowledge and invaluable contacts along the way. |

After he left IBM, he founded Cyber Business Solutions Sdn Bhd in 1996 with the primary focus in providing specialized Enterprise Solutions Development projects. With a keen eye on market opportunities, Mr. Sun has since steered CBSA Technology towards more lucrative sectors that involve higher, more cutting-edge technology in e-security systems and RFID solutions. NetGen Sdn Bhd was incorporated in year 2000 to undertake the Research and Development activities for the group of the potential new products in e-security and RFID.
His creative ideas for business technologies and innovation has put CBSA Group in the forefront of the industry, resulting in the successful listing of the company on the MESDAQ in 2004. In 2006, Mr. Sun won the Silver Award-Entrepreneur of the Year of Canada Business Council Business Excellence Awards for his leadership skills in introducing an unique new product-RFID technology to the nation as well as in the region.
He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana, USA, with a Degree in Computer Science. |

Mr Kenneth Tan Tian Sin

Mr. Kenneth Tan Tian Sin is a Non Executive Non Independent Director of CBSA Technology Berhad. Mr. Tan has joined the Board of Directors after CBS's acquisition of the Infodata Media Sdn Bhd and its subsidiary, Superpages Media Sdn Bhd ("Infodata Group"). He is also a member of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Tan Tian Sin is a Director of Infodata Group. An engineer by profession, he was working as the Sales Engineer for Enctech Engineering Sdn. Bhd. and Mecomb Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. He became a Sales Manager of Rosemount (M) Sdn. Bhd. prior to his involvement in establishing the directory publishing business.
Mr. Tan is the founder of Infodata Media Group and he is responsible for identifying new business growth and expansion plans in the region. Mr. Tan has more than 15 years of experience in the classified directory business.
Mr.Tan holds a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC). He has a professional qualification in Electronic Electrical from Engineering Council in UK. |

Mr. Fong Wai Leong is an Executive Director of CBSA Berhad. He was appointed to the Board on 30 January 2009.
He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Fong has over 20 years of working experience in banking and finance which includes advising on a number of successful public listings, mergers and acquisitions in various countries including Malaysia, China, Thailand, Singapore, South Africa, and part of South America.
Mr. Fong is currently a Director of Devonshire Stet Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining Devonshire Capital in 2000, he was the General Manager of Kuala Lumpur City Securities (now known as Alliance Investment Bank) where he headed the firm's corporate finance Division. He also worked in CIMB's Corporate Finance Division from 1993 to 1997. He began his career at KPMG as an auditor from 1989 to 1997. He also sits on the Board of ASTI Holdings Limited. |

Mr Choo Kok Liong

He was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 20 January 2004. He is also a member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
He graduated from Deakin University of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accounting and Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant from CPA Australia and had undergone his training in one of the big four international accounting firms. He is also a Chartered Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Currently he operates his own practice which offers management and consultancy services. Prior to this, he was an accountant with the Hyatt Regency Saujana Hotel. |
