Infodata Media Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CBS Bizhub Sdn Bhd, was acquired on 1 September 2009 with its main activities as developer and provider as e-commerce solutions and operator of e-commerce platforms. IMSB manages and publishes data and image files for online and print directories as advertising. IMSB operates online directory and its portal as www.superpages.com.my and www.aseansources.com which provide trade information for business to business transactions.

Super Pages Media Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infodata Media Sdn Bhd. The company also provides a database in relation to Malaysian businesses to a leading search engine.

CBS International Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CBS, was incorporated in Malaysia on 7 December 2009. CISB is an investment holding company and involved in development and provision of content products and operator of Internet community portals for overseas market. CISB commenced business operations in 2009.
