CBS MSC Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Netgen Sdn Bhd), a MSC-status company, is the research and development arm for CBS group of companies in developing our proprietary solutions in e-security and RFID.

CBS Technology GmbH, a forty nine(49) percent owned Swiss joint-venture companies of CBS Technology Berhad, is the marketing arm for our Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) technology solution, known as SolmateTM in Europe and Middle East countries.
