Mr. Sun Chee Kong

As Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CBSA Group, Mr. Sun Chee Kong is currently responsible for the overall management and strategic planning functions of the Group.
Mr. Sun began his career with IBM Malaysia in 1987 and has acquired a wealth of experience, knowledge and invaluable contacts along the way.
After he left IBM, he founded Cyber Business Solutions Sdn Bhd in 1996 with the primary focus in providing specialized Enterprise Solutions Development projects. With a keen eye on market opportunities, Mr. Sun has since steered CBS Technology towards more lucrative sectors that involve higher, more cutting-edge technology in e-security systems and RFID solutions. CBS MSC Sdn Bhd was incorporated in year 2000 to undertake the Research and Development activities for the group of the potential new products in e-security and RFID.
His creative ideas for business technologies and innovation have put CBS Group in the forefront of the industry, resulting in the successful listing of the company on the Ace Market in 2004 and later successfully transferred to the Main Board in 2010 .
In 2006, Mr. Sun won the Silver Award-Entrepreneur of the Year of Canada Business Council Business Excellence Awards for his leadership skills in introducing an unique new product-RFID technology to the nation as well as in the region. In 2009, Mr.Sun had won the prestigious award from Ernest and Young as the Entrepreneur of the Year in Malaysia.

Mr Fong Wai Leong
Executive Director |
Mr. Fong Wai Leong is an Executive Director of CBSA Berhad. He was appointed to the Board on 30 January 2009.
He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Fong has over 20 years of working experience in banking and finance which includes advising on a number of successful public listings, mergers and acquisitions in various countries including Malaysia, China, Thailand, Singapore, South Africa, and part of South America.
Mr. Fong is currently a Director of Devonshire Capital Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining Devonshire Capital in 2000, he was the General Manager of Kuala Lumpur City Securities (now known as Alliance Investment Bank) where he headed the firm's corporate finance Division. He also worked in CIMB's Corporate Finance Division from 1993 to 1997. He began his career at KPMG as an auditor from 1989 to 1997. He also sits on the Board of ASTI Holdings Limited. |

Mr. Song Hock Koon

Mr Song Hock Koon, aged 47, is the Chief Executive Officer of CBSA Media Sdn Bhd and CBSA Media Sdn Bhd. He is responsible for the formulation of business directions and strategies of both companies in the media segment.
Mr.Song started his career as a Project Engineer and as the Technical Manager in Festo Sdn. Bhd. He was later promoted to management role as Operating Manager in-charge of logistic, order fulfillment and IT in 1999 and subsequently became the Business Development Manager in-charge of sales and marketing of Automation Solution in 2001.
Mr.Song joined CBSA Media Sdn Bhd as Chief Operating Office in 2003 and he was promoted as the Chief Executive Office in 2005 as a result of his outstanding performance. In CBSA Media Sdn Bhd, he is responsible for leading companies that involve in directory publication, online portal and database business.
Song is a first (1st) class honors graduate in Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University Malaya in 1987. |

Ms. Lai Fong Ling
Chief Finance Officer |
Ms. Lai, CFO of CBSA Group is the key personnel in charge of the finance and accounts, human resources and corporate finance issues of the Group. She joined the Company on 1st July 2006 and manages the Finance and Administration team in CBSA Group of companies.
Ms. Lai has diverse industries experiences from property development to conglomerate corporation from 1995 to 2000 and move on to Water Treatment Specialist before joining CBS.
She gained vast experience for past 15 years specialising in accounts and corporate finance among all these public listed companies such as Talam Corporation Berhad, The Lion Group and Puncak Niaga Berhad. Ms. Lai is a dedicated Finance expert whom has been in senior management team of all these corporations since 1995.
A Bachelor degree holder majoring in Commerce (Accounting) graduated from Nelson Polytechnic, New Zealand with Diploma in Management Accounting. |

Mr Chuah Chaw Kiat
Director of Operation, ICT |
Mr. Chuah Chaw Kiat, Acting Deputy CEO of CBSA Group, is spearheading the sales and operations division for CBS Technology Berhad. Mr.Chuah started as the Project Manager with CBS in 2008 and subsequently was made the Director of Operations in 2009.
Mr. Chuah has thirty years of experiences at senior managerial level with Multinational Corporations including Penfabric Sdn Bhd, B.Braun and Sony Malaysia. His vast exposures involved mainly in supply chain operations, warehouse management, and procurement activities.
Mr. Chuah holds a Master in Business Administration from UNITAR, Malaysia and a Bachelor degree (Hons) in Computing from Bolton UK. He has acquired Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from Project Management Institute, USA. |

Mr. Tong Chee Leong

Mr. Tong, the Director of Sales of CBSA Berhad, oversees the Group's ICT Sales Division. Through his strategic vision and tactical drive, he is instrumental in bringing the Group�s Revenue target to reality.
His 14 years of experience in IT industry started with the technical track in Application Development, subsequently Systems Engineering before venturing into Sales.
In 2000, he joined one of the top five largest software company in the world responsible for White-Space. Having successfully penetrated Insurance Industry, he has since thrived in the Financial Services Industry, moving into banking segments. His stint there garnered his technical and sales experiences which form a complete understanding the importance of aligning Technology to Business; rather than Technology as a tool. His sales experience encompasses Enterprise System Management, Security Management, IT Governance and Service Management.
Mr. Tong graduated with Bachelor of Science Degree, double major in Computing and Software Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, United Kingdom. |

Mr. Lee Siew Ken
Chief Technology Officer |
Mr. Lee Siew Ken is the Chief Technology Officer of the CBSA Group and he is currently responsible for exploring and developing new technologies for the Group.
He began his IT career with IBM Australia in 1990, providing support to international customers in the Asia Pacific region. Returning to Malaysia, he became involved in many projects with financial institutions and the government, primarily as a consultant on systems integration, secure payment systems, and Internet technologies both locally and abroad.
Over the past 15 years in the IT industry, Mr. Lee has undergone formal IBM management training in addition to his technological expertise. His skills, abilities, and affinity for cutting-edge technology have won him accolades and he has received no less than three IBM Professional Achievement Awards.
Presently, he serves as the Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific Operations of the US-based International RFID Business Association. The Association is a non-profit organization focuses on developing workplace-focused standards for RFID education, training and certification. He is also the President of The International RFID Business Association, Malaysia Chapter which was established in November 2006.

Mr. Lim Kok Yuen

Mr. Lim, the Director of channel business, is responsible for managing and development of channel business throughout Southeast Asia.
He has over 18 years of management experiences in information communication technology industries. Mr. Lim worked for major U.S. to European high technology multinational and public listed companies in Asia. He started his career in IT department of The Standard Chartered Bank and move on to become the Head of Marketing Department of Formis Computing Services Sdn Bhd. With his strong business acumen and leadership, Mr. Lim progressed from multinational company-LogicaCMG as Business Development Manager to Director/PMO of Finance Services & Industries in year 2003.
His experiences gained in the IT industry covers wide areas of system integration, global IT delivery, project management, sales & operation management, software development, outsourcing, consulting locally and internationally with expertise offering strategic planning and business management in achieving sales and business goals.
He graduated with double degree majoring in Bachelor of Computer Science and minor in Business Administration from Indiana Institute of Technology, U.S.A. |
